How long have you been in recruitment for?

"Achieving a top ten position in the most profitable companies in our group of EP’s."
What has been your biggest highlight so far?
"Manage finances closely, be careful who you hire, build a great culture / brand and above all, be resilient … it’s going to be tough at times."
What advice would you give to others who are thinking about starting up their own business?
"It’s a great mix of having the independence of running your own business, whilst knowing you still have to report your figures to someone, it keeps you honest! Friendly, like-minded colleagues across the EP group who are always on hand to offer advice."
