What made you decide to start your own recruitment business?
"Our biggest achievement to date is turning a £60K loss into a profitable business, we have made profit for the last two years and will achieve profit again this year."
What has been your biggest highlight so far?
"Don’t think just because you have a business you can spend spend spend, there are far more costs to running a business than people initially think, being cautious can help weather any challenges that may arise in the future."
What advice would you give to others who are thinking about starting up their own business?
"The biggest benefit has been the support and advice we get, having access to other business owners who have followed the same path is invaluable."
